If you've ever watched the swim leg of a triathlon or a group of swimmers at a pool practice, you quickly notice the many different ways of performing the "freestyle" swim stroke.
Some are training for sprint distance events while others, still training for speed, swim with a style they hope saves energy for the upcoming bike and run legs of a triathlon race.
So understood sprinters this may not be your idea of the ultimate stroke, but for you triathletes out there check out this swimmers stroke.
Have you ever seen a swimmer cut so effortlessly through the water?
No splash, no bubbles, just forward movement knifing through the water and saving energy to rock the bike and run!
ViF will call his stroke style the "stealth". The stealth swimmer, as in he would swim right by in a race without us ever hearing or barely even seeing him as he blew right by!
Enjoy... we can dream right!
