Monday Motivation - "Body Markings" Victor's Shared Words

Do you hate the required scrubbing it takes to get those body markings off your skin after a triathlon or other event?

Maybe if it all doesn't come off it isn't a bad thing.
Victor Sara Race, of PA, shares a motivational moment
the day after the Philly Women's Triathlon.

Sara writes...
Love the old man at the gym who said
"You go on with your bad self girlfriend!"

  1. A little scrubbing with some GOJO Pumice Hand Cleaner (stuff in the Orange pump container that mechanics use) works rather well!

  2. The marines out here mark your legs with your Age along with whether or not your civilian or military. I always have a heck of a time washing my age and a big letter "C" off my legs. But I have to crack up at the idea that I even have this problem.

Love the man at the gym.

Maybe I'll give GOJO a try too.
