Do you hate the required scrubbing it takes to get those body markings off your skin after a triathlon or other event?
Maybe if it all doesn't come off it isn't a bad thing.
Victor Sara Race, of PA, shares a motivational moment
the day after the Philly Women's Triathlon.
Sara writes...
Love the old man at the gym who said
"You go on with your bad self girlfriend!" when he saw the faint remnants of yesterdays bodymarkings.
Wear your ink with Pride!

darn black marker, and still leave some skin!

A little scrubbing with some GOJO Pumice Hand Cleaner (stuff in the Orange pump container that mechanics use) works rather well!
ReplyDeleteCiao!
Coach Parker
The marines out here mark your legs with your Age along with whether or not your civilian or military. I always have a heck of a time washing my age and a big letter "C" off my legs. But I have to crack up at the idea that I even have this problem.
ReplyDeleteLove the man at the gym.
Maybe I'll give GOJO a try too.
I love when I come to work with my number still on and everyone asks me about my race!
ReplyDeleteonelittletrigirl....yes, wear your "Ink" with Pride!
ReplyDeleteI use rubbing alcohol. I was told sunblock helps remove the sharpie look too. Who knew?
