FINISHING/finish/ 1. reaching an individual goal; crossing the finish line. 2. setting a PR (personal record). 3. finishing MOP (middle of the pack). 4. finishing FOP (front of the pack). 5. placing in age group. 6. finishing BOP (back of the pack). 7. winning. 8. FINISHING WHAT YOU SET OUT TO DO.
Limits are preconceived notions that we inherently believe, until the day that we push our body to the limits. Often times we not only survive the intensity, but we learn that our previous “limits” were set where we would give up before reaching our potential. We all have the capacity to grow stronger and faster, and the body adapts. Going beyond previous limits takes the willingness and determination to suffer and better yourself. If you never push yourself to your limits, you’ll never know your true performance potential.
